Concorde Group Holdings, in partnership with its network of capital partners, is a value-add real estate developer looking to revitalize properties. We are actively seeking acquisitions in the multi-tenant retail center building category with the following characteristics:


  • Property Type - Class A, B and C shopping centers and neighborhood retail assets in high visibility, high density and high-trafficked population areas. Property condition, tenant mix and demographics *do not* need to be superlative! Town Centers such as our location.

  • Deal Size - From $4M to $50M


  • Region – Core Major Metro Areas of Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, Puerto Rico


  • Size – 35,000 to 300,000 square feet.

  • Fundamental Considerations - 

  • Great ingress/egress

  • Neighborhood Retail means NO Big Box or Soft Goods. Internet Resistant.

  • Traffic Counts not less than 20,000 vehicles per day. Sweet spot at 40K – 70K

  • City Centers or strong suburban areas. No rural at this point.

  • “Go Dark” tenants are not deal breakers

  • Parking needs to be 4.5 / 1000 or above
